A Celebration Rooted in Tradition
On the morning of August 15th, employees gathered at our latest project site, Preeti Aarna Ville dressed in white, symbolising purity, peace, and unity. The venue itself was a fitting choice. Aarna Ville represents everything we stand for: thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and a vision for a better tomorrow. What better place to celebrate the spirit of a free India?
As the tricolour unfurled against the clear Bangalore sky, a wave of pride swept through the gathering. Everyone stood in solidarity, saluting the flag as it fluttered proudly. The air resonated with the echoes of JAI HIND each chant a reminder of the sacrifices that built our nation and the responsibilities we carry as its citizens.
This Year's Theme: ‘Freedom to Innovate and Create’
While the flag-hoisting ceremony remained rooted in tradition, this year's celebration brought something fresh and inspiring. Organised by our HR department, the event was built around a powerful theme: "Freedom to Innovate and Create."
This theme is not just a tagline—it is the very essence of our HR policy at Preeti Developers. We believe that when employees are given the freedom to think differently, experiment fearlessly, and express their creativity, magic happens. And that magic reflects in everything we do, from the engineering marvels we construct to the customer experiences we curate.

Engineering & Construction: Our engineers and site teams are constantly encouraged to explore new materials, smarter techniques, and sustainable practices. Innovation in construction is not an exception. It is an expectation.

Beyond the speeches and the flag-hoisting, what truly made the day memorable was the sense of togetherness. Colleagues who usually work in silos stood side by side, chatting, laughing, and celebrating as one team. The camaraderie was palpable.
